What are your office hours?
My office hours are Monday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST.

When are consultations available?
Consultations are scheduled Monday through Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST. If these times don’t work for you, feel free to reach out and we can discuss alternatives.

How quickly do you respond to emails?
You’re welcome to email me anytime. I typically respond within 24-48 hours. I do check email on holidays and respond as soon as possible.

Pricing

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is set per project and is based on your manuscript’s length and editing needs. To receive an accurate quote, please use the Contact Me form and provide as much detail as possible about your manuscript. Answering all questions helps me determine the best pricing for your project.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! I occasionally share special discounts on my Facebook page. In addition, my Happily Ever Planners Etsy shop offers products for authors that may include exclusive discounts. New items are added monthly as another way I love to support authors.

I am dedicated to supporting all authors by offering high-quality proofreading and copy editing services at more accessible rates. While my pricing is competitive, I never compromise on the quality of my work. I believe every author deserves professional editing support, regardless of budget. If you have questions or concerns about payment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What kinds of romance manuscripts do you work on?
I work with romance authors across a wide range  of subgenres and provide proofreading and copyediting designed to strengthen your manuscript while keeping your voice intact. 

Do you offer a sample edit?
Yes! I offer a free sample edit of the first three chapters of your manuscript so you can be confident my editing style is the right fit for your project.

Confidentiality & Privacy

How do you keep my manuscript confidential?
Your privacy and trust are extremely important to me. I take several steps to ensure your work is protected:

• Secure storage: All documents are stored on encrypted servers.

• Limited access: Only I have access to your files.

• Non-Disclosure Agreement: An NDA is available upon request for additional peace of mind.

• Strict privacy practices: Your documents are never shared with third parties.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe via a link included with your invoice.

When is payment due?
A partial payment is due upon acceptance of your manuscript, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
